Dr. Sarah Sullivan is a board-certified neurologist with extensive training and experience in neurological care. She completed her Neurology Residency at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital within the Michigan State University Statewide Campus System in Garden City, Michigan, following a Medical Internship at the same institution. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Dr. Sullivan is board certified in Neurology by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP). She has also been certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
