"To Fuse or Not to Fuse" is NOT the question. "How to Fuse" is the Question.

Presentation Learning Objectives:

1.  Explain the different approaches to fusion of the L5-S1 segment.
2.  Understand the relative advantages and disadvantages of these approaches.
3.  Introduce the newest approach to L5-S1 fusion.
